SOLVE sunglasses returns
Thank you for your purchase! We hope you are happy with your new shades. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the product to us for a full/partial refund or an exchange. Please find our Refund Policy below for more information.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

All items to be returned and refunded must be returned within 14 days, including sale items and items purchased with promotional discounts.

The item to be returned must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Here's what you need to do:
For sunglasses, please pack the them inside the provided microfiber pouch as well as the plastic packaging. You can use the original box they came in (if you don't have it, just make sure they are packed well in another box!) We need to keep them safe during shipping (damaged product that is returned due to improper packing is not applicable for a full refund since the product is unsellable).
Provide a note inside the box stating your contact information, order number and "I would like a refund" to make sure the agent knows to refund rather than exchange.

The refund will include only the price you paid for the products without the shipping charges.
